Description
The Town of Shrewsbury is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and companies to provide plumbing and gas fitting inspectional services for commercial and large-scale multi-family properties. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP and related documents available online. The Town reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the proposals and to reject any and all proposals if it shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing plumbing and gas fitting inspectional services for commercial and large-scale multi-family properties
• Compliance with MGL ch. 30B, sec. 6
• Registration of proposers on the Town's website or via a register maintained by the Office of the Town Manager
• Submission of proposals by June 22, 2026, 1:00 PM
