Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide lodging for Missouri State Highway Patrol personnel during the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament. The vendor must provide a lodging facility with at least 117 beds, semi-private sleeping accommodations, and adequate bathing and restroom facilities. The facility must be located within the State of Missouri, no less than 10 nautical miles and no more than 20 nautical miles from Arrowhead Stadium. The contract period is from June 14, 2026, to July 12, 2026, with an option to extend.
• The lodging facility must have separate sleeping, bathing, and restroom facilities for men and women.
• The facility must have adequate laundry facilities on-site.
• The facility must contain four washing machines and four dryers.
• The facility must provide access to at least one regular-sized refrigerator and freezer.
• The facility must have at least 120 parking spaces for regular-sized vehicles.
• The facility must have Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to allow for cooling.
• The facility must provide a fitness center for patrol personnel.
The vendor must meet minimum experience requirements, including providing lodging to multi-tenants for extended periods. The vendor must also comply with various terms and conditions, including non-discrimination and affirmative action requirements.
