The provider should have experience in higher education and should be able to provide a customized partnership with the university. The virtual tour should include real footage, interactive capabilities, and should be accessible on multiple platforms. The provider should also be able to provide training, support, and maintenance for the tour. • The virtual tour should include a guide and interactive capabilities. • The tour should be shot on-site and include real footage. • The provider should be able to integrate the tour with the university's CRM solution. • The tour should be accessible on multiple platforms, including mobile devices and social media. • The provider should be able to provide on-demand reporting analytics. • The contract term will be from the award date through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to three consecutive one-year periods.
