Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is soliciting bids for the purchase of ambulance cots. The required equipment includes Ferno Power X1 or equal, with specific features such as a battery rapid lift, fold-down sidearm, and backrest. Bidders must be authorized distributors/resellers/service providers for the products and services offered. The bid must include a copy of the response to the County's solicitation, standard terms and conditions, special terms and conditions, specifications, and any other required attachments.
• The bid must be submitted online through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal.
• The bidder must attach a copy of a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments.
• The bid must include a copy of the Proposer's Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit, Proposer's Certification of Compliance, and other required forms.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against any liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the Award.
