The Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau is seeking bids from licensed contractors to construct the new Western Region Resiliency Center/Sabre Center Project Phase I. The project will be completed in phases, with the first phase consisting of civil improvements to the site. Contractors must be Florida licensed Underground Utility Contractors or General Contractors, and sub-contractors must be Florida licensed in their trade where applicable.
