Description
The Sheridan VA Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide kitchen hood cleaning services. The contract will be for a base period plus four option years. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning exhaust hoods in four different locations: Building 86 Canteen main kitchen, Building 86 Canteen serving line, Building 7 main kitchen, and Building 7 serving line. The cleaning schedule will be every 6 months, with the possibility of adjusting the cleaning months to October and April. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to complete the work.
* The contract is a total small business set-aside.
* The cleaning schedule will be Monday-Friday, with specific start and end times for each location.
* The contractor must have access to duct lines and exhaust fans.
* There are a total of 5 filters and 1 self-washing system.
* The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies to complete the work.
