Description
The U.S. Government is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telecommunications services within Nepal. The contractor is expected to deliver services directly, including Physical SIM/eSIM provisioning, network access, and ongoing support. The solicitation will include a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the number of lines, required services (voice, data, SMS), coverage expectations, and other technical requirements. The contractor must be a licensed mobile telecommunications service provider authorized by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority and capable of delivering services within Nepal.
• The contractor will provide mobile telecommunications services to the U.S. Mission in Nepal.
• The contractor must be a licensed mobile telecommunications service provider authorized by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority.
• The contractor will provide Physical SIM/eSIM provisioning, network access, and ongoing support.
• The contractor will provide appropriate account management and customer support to ensure effective service delivery.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
