DOWC Video Production and Character Animation

The State of Colorado is seeking to continue services for video production and character animation for the Provider Education Unit. The unit is responsible for effectuating the accreditation program for healthcare providers in the Colorado Workers' Compensation System. The contractor will produce educational videos with character animations to engage course registrants and help them obtain or maintain accreditation. The current animator, Jay Billups, LLC, has been working with the unit since Fiscal Year 2023 and has a unique understanding of the unit's business requirements, educational standards, and audience expectations. • The contractor will continue producing educational videos with character animations in a medical treatment case scenario. • The contractor's deep understanding of the unit's business requirements, educational standards, and audience expectations is essential for creating effective animations. • The contractor's established workflow, consistency in visual style, and ability to translate complex information into engaging content provide continuity that enhances the effectiveness of the educational materials.
