6009-PAWP- Plant Wall Cleaning

The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking a vendor to provide services for the cleaning of interior walls at the Parsons Avenue Water Plant (PAWP) located at 5600 Parsons Avenue, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137. The scope of work includes cleaning of interior walls by removing dirt, tar stains, scuff marks, and accumulated dust to restore to a clean and refreshed appearance in the Maintenance Shop and Storage rooms, totaling 12,430 sq.ft. The vendor's bid shall include costs for any equipment needed to reach the ceiling and to work around equipment. • Total area to be cleaned: 12,430 sq.ft. • Location: Parsons Avenue Water Plant (PAWP), 5600 Parsons Avenue, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137 • Scope of work: Cleaning of interior walls by removing dirt, tar stains, scuff marks, and accumulated dust • Equipment: Vendor's bid shall include costs for any equipment needed to reach the ceiling and to work around equipment • Invoicing: The service shall be invoiced in one lump sum • Delivery: Delivery Weekdays 7:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. only • Insurance and licenses: Successful bidders must provide a copy of the company's current State of Ohio BWC insurance certificate, appropriate contractor licenses, and a copy of the company's current General Liability Insurance.
