The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) seeks a nationwide digital fingerprinting service to support DoD security‑clearance investigations. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, unit‑price agreement with a base year and four one‑year options, covering up to 780 fingerprint submissions per year. The contractor must operate a web‑based scheduling system, capture and submit fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT/SWFT+) applications, maintain a ≥95% acceptance rate, provide monthly reporting, and invoice per actual print submitted. All work is performed remotely; the contractor supplies all equipment and must be SAM‑registered.
