Corrections Information Technology System (CITS) 2.0

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking a respondent to implement the Corrections Information Technology System 2.0 (CITS 2.0). The scope of work includes project management, requirements management, design, configuration, interface development, data migration, solution testing, training, hosting, production deployment, and ongoing maintenance and operations. • The respondent will be responsible for providing a comprehensive solution that meets the department's requirements. • The solution must include all necessary components, such as hardware, software, and infrastructure. • The respondent will be responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support for the solution. • The contract term is expected to be four years. • The department is seeking a respondent with experience in implementing similar systems and a proven track record of success.
