The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a California‑certified small business to provide portable toilet and hand‑wash station rental, delivery, installation, and bi‑monthly servicing for the Tahoe Meyers Fire Center for a one‑year term. The prime contractor must perform all work in‑house (no subcontracting) and must meet extensive insurance, certification, and compliance requirements.
• Provide three standard portable toilets and one hand‑wash station, placed inside a locked gate at the fire center.
• Perform two service visits per month for each unit (cleaning, sanitizing, pumping, restocking supplies).
• Deliver, install, and maintain equipment during normal business hours, complying with all CAL FIRE safety, insurance, and reporting mandates.
