Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 212 Portland Street, Columbia, MO. The services include evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays, and supplemental services as required. The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 15,500 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to add or delete buildings and areas during the term of the contract. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services required.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays
• Providing supplemental services as required
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants
• Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services required
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Providing a contact person who resides within 45 miles of the building and can communicate and act on behalf of the contractor
