Description
The Albany VA Medical Center is seeking information from potential vendors for Energy Control Procedure (ECP)/Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) Services. The services include identifying equipment and equipment energy sources that require ECP/LOTO procedures, developing ECP/LOTO procedures, developing and installing identification labels, conducting program training, and providing final lockout procedures. The contractor shall be registered in SAM.gov and shall provide a capability statement addressing their qualifications and ability to perform the services.
