Description
The Suwannee River Water Management District is seeking qualifications from licensed General Contractors to provide general construction services for small-scale projects at District Headquarters. The selected contractors will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. The scope of work may include general building construction, repairs, and renovations, site work, concrete work, plumbing services, electrical work, HVAC maintenance and upgrades, and other related construction and maintenance services. The contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete assigned work.
• General building construction, repairs, and renovations
• Site work, including grading, drainage improvements, and erosion control
• Concrete work, including slabs, sidewalks, and small structures
• Plumbing services
• Electrical work
• HVAC maintenance and upgrades
• Carpentry work
• Asphalt repair and installation
• Installation or repair of fencing, gates, and related infrastructure
• Roofing repair and replacement
• Demolition and removal of existing structures or materials
• Other related construction and maintenance services as required
