Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide workforce skills assessments. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of commercially available, off-the-shelf workforce and technical skills assessments from multiple qualified vendors. These tools will encompass knowledge tests, multi-modal platforms, and virtual simulated environments to evaluate technical and non-technical capabilities across diverse work roles within the Office of Information & Technology (OIT).

• Providing workforce skills assessments to support the VA's strategic initiatives
• Delivering assessment results to inform workforce planning, learning opportunities, career development, and upskilling programs
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies, including those related to information security and privacy
