The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance (PM) and repair services for all of its county office HVAC equipment statewide. The work includes filter replacement, coil cleaning, belt and pump inspections, water‑treatment testing in designated counties, and detailed documentation (photos, inspection forms, EPA reporting). Bidders must attend a mandatory site‑visit on May 8 2026 and sign‑in at each location; additional site‑visit dates are listed for other regions. Contractors must hold current Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses and EPA Section 608 certification, and must use a certified water‑treatment provider where required. The contract will be awarded via a Quick‑Quote process with a ceiling of $25,000 and may be renewable annually for up to five years.
