Pool of Vendors, Signage

Texas A&M University is establishing a five‑year blanket agreement (master order) with a single vendor to serve as a pool‑of‑vendors for all signage needs on its College Station campus. The contract will cover design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and related services for a wide array of indoor and outdoor signs, banners, vehicle graphics, way‑finding systems, illuminated signs, and other graphic displays. Vendors must provide firm discount percentages off manufacturer list prices, meet stringent insurance and subcontracting‑plan requirements (including a Texas VetHUB subcontracting plan), and be capable of delivering FOB Destination, freight‑prepaid, with installations performed during normal business hours. The award will be based on best value, considering price, past performance, and compliance with Texas‑specific HUB and veteran‑owned business goals.
