Description
The US Air Force is seeking information from commercial contractors to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services for industrial specialty doors at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. The scope of work includes providing all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, and services to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services for various categories of industrial specialty doors. The contractor is expected to fulfill all responsibilities with a demonstrated emphasis on safety and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections on all doors listed in Appendix A
• Responding to routine and emergency service calls
• Providing written cost estimates for repairs exceeding the limit of liability
• Submitting deliverables, including annual PMI schedules, PMI reports, service call reports, and repair reports
The government is interested in all small businesses, including 8(a), HUB Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses.
