Employee Assistance Program / WPD

The City of Worcester is seeking bids for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide support services to its employees. The EAP should offer confidential counseling, referral services, and other forms of assistance to help employees cope with personal and work-related issues. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services for a period of time to be determined by the city. • The EAP services should be available to all city employees and their families. • The provider should have experience in delivering EAP services to municipal employees. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the services to be provided, including counseling, referral services, and other forms of assistance. • The bidder should provide information about their experience, qualifications, and staff who will be delivering the services.
