Description
The Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) is soliciting competitive sealed bids to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for ice‑machine repair parts. The QVL will enable the DOC to purchase parts on an as‑needed basis for correctional facilities statewide for a one‑year contract period. Vendors must submit a price list (no discount applied), agree to a fixed percentage discount off MSRP, and provide an assigned account representative at no extra cost. The contract emphasizes compliance with the Buy‑American Act, warranty requirements, packaging, and timely delivery (within 21 business days). The DOC will issue individual quote requests during the contract term; the lowest‑priced, compliant vendor for each line item will receive the order.
• Supplies OEM or approved substitute parts for major ice‑machine brands (Scotsman, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Cornelius, Ice‑O‑Matic).
• Must serve all listed DOC facilities (see attachment).
• Fixed discount off MSRP must remain unchanged for the contract year.
• Provide price list/catalog in hard‑copy, electronic, or web format.
• No restocking fees; any fees must be disclosed on Exhibit A.
• Deliveries FOB Destination, freight prepaid, within 21 business days of PO receipt.
• Invoicing via MissouriBUYS or email; payment within 45 days of receipt.
• Mandatory compliance with Buy‑American preferences and other state‑mandated preferences.
• Contract can be extended or renewed, but no automatic annual re‑opening is indicated.
