Description
The Department of State Hospitals (Patton, CA) is seeking a qualified medical provider to perform on‑site fitness‑for‑duty (FFD) examinations for its employees on an as‑needed basis. The contract covers orthopedic, neurological, psychiatric, record‑review, and emergency evaluations, with deliverables that include a complete medical report and certification within 30 days of each exam. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, licenses, insurance, bonds, and comply with stringent data‑security, TB‑screening, and safety requirements. The work period runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2029 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder after applying small‑business and DVBE preferences.
