Host Nation Cultural Advisor & Site Manager

The US Air Force is seeking a Host Nation Cultural Advisor & Site Manager in Israel. The selected contractor will provide cultural advisory services and site management. The contractor will be required to deliver quarterly immersive cultural briefings, provide translation assistance, and track and report changes to host nation requirements. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract. The contractor must have a security clearance level of "Shamur" or "Confidential/Reserve" and must be able to obtain base access before contract start. • Provide cultural advisory services to the US Air Force in Israel • Deliver quarterly immersive cultural briefings • Provide translation assistance to the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer Representative • Track and report changes to host nation requirements • Obtain and maintain a security clearance level of "Shamur" or "Confidential/Reserve" • Obtain base access before contract start
