Vehicle, Equipment, and Facility Graphic Production, Installation, and Removal

The City of Hialeah is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle, equipment, and facility graphic production, installation, and removal services. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including standard decal and lettering kits, enhanced graphics and striping packages, quarter wraps, half wraps, and full wraps for various types of vehicles and equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide hourly labor rates for installation, removal, and prep work, as well as material costs for various types of graphics and vinyl. The contract will be for a period of 180 days, and the contractor will be required to provide proof of experience and qualifications, including a minimum of three completed contracts within the last four years. • The contractor must be a 3M Certified Graphics Installation Company with the United Application Standards Group (UASG). • The contractor must submit proof of active corporation in the State of Florida and a valid Business Tax Receipt (BTR). • The contractor must provide a list of three references, which shall include the name of the company, dates of contract, description of the completed work or goods supplied, a contact person, and the current telephone number. • The contractor must provide a pricing proposal, including flat-rate prices for each asset group and hourly labor rates for installation, removal, and prep work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations, including the City of Hialeah's Charter and Code of Ordinances.
