Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to identify vendors capable of providing UPS Preventive Maintenance services at the Bedford VAMC. The services include semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance, emergency services, and parts replacement. The contractor will be required to provide a capability statement and pricing information. The VA will use the information received to facilitate market research and acquisition planning.
• The services will be performed at the Bedford VAMC in Building 3 and Building 61.
• The contractor will be required to provide 24-hour technical support and emergency services.
• The contractor will be required to provide parts replacement and repairs as needed.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all VA requirements and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to work directly with the COR in Engineering and comply with VA security management programs.
