Description
The City of Derby, Kansas is seeking proposals from vendors to provide a pyrotechnic display at the City of Derby Community Fourth of July celebration. The successful vendor will be responsible for installing, setting up, operating, and removing all equipment and supporting hardware for the pyrotechnic display. The display should last approximately 20-25 minutes and include a variety of fireworks. The vendor will also be responsible for cooperating with City staff to establish designated viewing areas and ensuring the highest degree of show integrity and character.
• The pyrotechnic display should include a variety of fireworks, including "Red Glare" shots, 130 shot cakes, 150 shot cakes, 600 shot finale cakes, and assorted color shells.
• The vendor should provide a comprehensive proposal, including detailed information about their business history, equipment, and products.
• The vendor should also provide a copy of their certificate of insurance and a schedule of activity indicating when setup will begin and estimate completion for cleanup.
• The City will provide trash receptacles, barricades, traffic control, security, and directional signage.
