Description
The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority is seeking a cloud-based transit data analytics platform to support data-driven decision-making. The platform should provide real-time data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning capabilities. The selected vendor will be required to provide training, support, and maintenance for the platform. The contract will be for one year with four option years, and the selected vendor will be required to provide a cost proposal and negotiate the final price.
* The platform should support direct data connections to PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
* The platform should allow for customization of KPI dashboards and provide scheduled automated reports.
* The platform should utilize machine learning or statistical models that are routinely retrained to maintain accuracy.

* The platform should support webhooks for event-driven data exchange and provide an API sandbox environment for development and testing.
* The platform should include user management and access controls, with the ability to set user roles and log user actions.
