Portable Toilets

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for portable toilets for the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. The BPA will be for a period of two years with no extensions. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for each item listed on the evaluation worksheet. The funding will be on a call order for each month, based on the number of employees seen that month. The contractor will be required to email invoices to the contracting officer at the end of each month. • The BPA will be for a firm fixed price. • The contractor must provide pricing for each item listed on the evaluation worksheet. • The contractor must email invoices to the contracting officer at the end of each month. • The contractor must comply with all laws, regulations, standards, and any other constraints specifically identified in the solicitation. • The quote submitted in response to the solicitation shall be formatted as indicated and furnished electronically to the Contract Specialist.
