Description
The State of Nevada, Department of Motor Vehicles (NV DMV) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive multi-faceted solution for the production, printing, and/or mailing of registration forms with decals and permit indicia. The proposed solution must be in place and operational no later than March 31, 2022. The NV DMV anticipates having a four-year contract. The contract costs must be based solely on the number of registration cards with decals and other validation decals prepared and/or mailed. Key responsibilities include printing system for vehicle registration cards with validation decals, accommodating varying sizes of validation decals, and providing self-mailer processing equipment.
• The vendor must provide printers compatible with their proposed form and decal material that meets the printing legibility and durability requirements.
• The vendor will work with NV DMV to ensure that the current environment is maintained and the appropriate number of printer units will be placed in the following office locations where the NV DMV conducts business.
• The vendor will furnish a matched component system of colorants and license plate registration decals meeting the requirements of this application.
• The vendor will provide security accounting and reporting measures for the decals, supplies, and hardware under its control and during delivery and shipping.
