The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide promotional items, such as plaques, trophies, and memorial bricks/stones, on an as-needed basis. The contract is a term contract, and vendors will be required to provide items to the satisfaction of the designated County representative. Vendors must establish a timeline with the designated County representative prior to starting work and provide catalogs to the County at no extra charge, upon request. The County will provide artwork to vendors, and vendors must adhere to all terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the solicitation. Some of the key items that vendors may be required to provide include: • Awards • Badges • Buttons • Calendars • Clocks • Keychains • Magnets • Mousepads • Pencils • Pens • Pins • Plastic waterproof cellphone case • Pocket wristband • Regular keychains • Retractable badge holders • Rulers • Silicone phone wallets • Silicone reusable straws • Slinky's • Sport sunscreen keychain • Squirrel stress reliever • Stickers/Decals • Sunglasses • Tape measures • Towel, Beach, Golf, Cooling, etc. • Umbrellas • Whistles • Yoyos The County's responsibilities include contacting all pre-qualified vendors and inviting them to submit a written price quote on an as-needed basis. The County will review the quotes submitted by vendors to determine the award.
