California eCourt User Group Project Manager

The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support the statewide eCourt User Group, which coordinates courts using Journal Technologies’ eCourt case‑management system. The contractor will act as a neutral facilitator, preparing meeting materials, tracking issues and risks, monitoring implementation schedules, and providing regular status updates to the Steering Committee and User Group Chair. Services are ongoing for a base term of one year with up to four one‑year renewal options, and compensation is based on an hourly rate with no travel reimbursements. • Provide full‑cycle project‑management support for the eCourt User Group (agenda prep, minutes, action‑item tracking). • Maintain a statewide issue‑and‑risk tracking system and monitor Journal Technologies implementation milestones. • Facilitate communication and alignment among participating courts, delivering regular status reports to leadership.
