AIRPORT SELF PAY VENDING

The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to Install and Manage food and drink kiosk vending systems at the Salisbury Airport in two separate locations within the Airport Terminal. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing and maintaining the vending machines, as well as paying a monthly commission percentage to the County. The contract period will be from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional terms. The vendor will be required to provide a variety of food and drink options, including premium coffee, hot drinks, cold drinks, and snacks. The vendor will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the machines, as well as providing customer service and support. • The vendor must be licensed to perform work in the state of Maryland. • The vendor must provide a certificate of good standing with the state of Maryland. • The vendor must provide example food and machine offerings that meet the stated goals. • The vendor must provide a principal document and a vendor's affidavit of qualification to bid. • The vendor must provide three references for similar type establishments or large facility type locations. • The vendor must certify that their proposal will be good for at least sixty days, unless otherwise indicated in the specifications.
