Description
The City of Portland is seeking qualified professionals to provide Language Interpretation and Translation Services to better communicate with Portland residents and customers and meet the needs of Portland’s diverse and growing customer base. The services include interpretation and translation in various languages, as well as American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation. The proposal should include information about the proposer's capabilities, experience, and approach to providing these services. The City values diversity, equity, and sustainability, and proposers should demonstrate their commitment to these values in their proposal.
• The proposal should include a proposer information form, proposer capabilities, project team information, pricing proposal, and other required components.
• The City will evaluate proposals based on factors such as the proposer's experience and qualifications, approach to providing services, and commitment to diversity, equity, and sustainability.
• The contract will be awarded to the proposer that best meets the City's needs and provides the highest value to the City.
