Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a vendor to supply bread for FCI McDowell. The evaluation of offers will be based on past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, and delivery schedule. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor based on the overall pricing. The offeror must provide the price for the quantities specified, and if the quantities differ, the offeror must calculate the price as if they were delivering the specified quantities.

• The offeror must have a valid SAM registration.
• The offeror must be able to deliver the products within the specified timeframe.
