Peripheral Vascular Interventional (PVI) Catheters

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University ("SUNY DHSU") intends to procure a three (3) year agreement for Peripheral Vascular Interventional (PVI) Catheters using Premier Consortia Contract # PP-CA-730 pursuant to its authority under New York State Finance Law, section 163(3)(vi) which authorizes the use of a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
