DryJect/Maximus Technologies - Aeration Services

The City of Fort Myers is seeking to award a sole source contract for DryJect/Maximus Aeration Services. The proposed action is for product or services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(3)(c). The City is looking for a supplier that can provide the same type of product/service, and any supplier that believes they are capable of providing the same type of product/service should submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities. The scope of work includes aeration services for the City of Fort Myers Golf Course Management. • The contract will be awarded to a single supplier. • The supplier must be able to provide DryJect/Maximus Aeration Services. • The City is looking for a supplier that can provide the same type of product/service. • The contract will be awarded under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(3)(c). • The City of Fort Myers Golf Course Management requires aeration services.
