Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to replace the dietary HVAC equipment at the Holly Center, located at 926 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all replacement parts and requirements are met to complete the project. The project's goal is to address all HVAC issues related to the dietary area in the administration building. The contractor must visit the job site, take their own measurements, and examine the conditions under which work must be performed.
• The contractor must provide all construction permits, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, testing, and instrumentation required to complete the project successfully.
• The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor, and minority business enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
• The contractor must maintain the minimum insurance coverages outlined in the contract for the duration of the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract.
