Description
Francis Marion University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide charter‑bus transportation for its athletic teams during the Spring 2027 semester. The contract will cover 48 scheduled trips across multiple sports, requiring the provision of buses (≤ 15 years old), licensed non‑smoking drivers, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and driver accommodations. Bids must be submitted by the deadline with detailed pricing per trip; the contract will be awarded by lot and may be split among multiple vendors.
• Provide charter‑bus service for men’s, women’s, baseball, softball, tennis, gymnastics, and tournament travel.
• Must supply buses, drivers, fuel, maintenance, insurance (minimum $5 M liability), and driver meals/lodging.
