HPE Aruba CX Series Network Switches

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide HPE Aruba CX Series network switches with an Aruba Central Foundation License and HPE Foundation Care support with NBD / 24x7 SLA for one year. The scope of work includes the delivery and installation of the network switches, as well as the provision of required software licenses and subscriptions, power supplies, and accessories. The Authority requires the selected vendor to provide a quote that meets the specified requirements and to submit all necessary documentation, including a business license, state certificate of good standing, general liability insurance, and a W-9 form. • The quote must include the price for each item, including the Aruba CX-6200F-24port, Aruba CX-6100-48port, Aruba Central Foundation License for Switches, and HPE Foundation Care Support. • The vendor must provide a detailed description of the services performed and the dates of service for each reference. • The vendor must certify that they are authorized to represent and bind their company. • The vendor must provide a signed copy of the quote, including their company name, contact name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address.
