Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking a vendor to provide exhibitor services for its events, including the Environmental Trade Fair and Conference (ETFC) and the Texas Environmental Excellence Awards (TEEA) banquet. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing build-out of exhibitor and custom TCEQ booths, exhibit hall maintenance, enforcement of International Association of Exhibitions & Events (IAEE) Display Rules and Regulations, signage production, and furniture rental. The vendor must have the resources available to perform the tasks and deliverables under the Scope of Work for a live event of this scale.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing an online exhibitor manual that meets ADA accessibility requirements
• Answering exhibitor questions prior to and during ETFC and other TCEQ events
• Marking the facility floor space according to the final approved floor plan before the exhibitor set-up time
• Providing all labor for construction, set-up, maintenance, and removal for all items described in this Scope of Work
• Coordinating with the A/V vendor and other stakeholders to ensure a successful event.
