Sycamore Trail Phase IV and V Feasibility Study

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide consultant services for the Sycamore Trail Phase IV and V Feasibility Study. The study aims to develop community-supported design concepts for bicycle and pedestrian crossings on Sycamore Trail at the Union Pacific Railroad and Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel and Barge Canal. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a feasibility study, preparing design alternative concepts, and performing environmental documentation and permitting. The project has multiple phases and tasks that need to be completed, including location and existing conditions analysis, coordination, outreach and engagement, design alternatives concepts, and preliminary environmental study.
