The Army Contracting Command is seeking a small‑business‑only, time‑and‑materials (T&M) contractor to provide on‑call automatic‑door repair services at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis and includes a base year plus four one‑year options (total five years). The contractor must submit a fully‑burdened hourly labor rate (materials reimbursed at cost) for an estimated 100 labor hours per year per CLIN. The work includes repair of roughly 160 automatic doors of various manufacturers, with a required response time of 72 hours after a COR notification. The contractor must absorb travel, gate‑access processing, and required AT Level I, OPSEC, and iWATCH training costs, and must comply with CMMC Level 1 and numerous security, safety, and environmental clauses.
