Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive contract for auditorium systems covering lighting, theatrical rigging, curtains, and audio‑visual equipment. The scope includes design, furnishing, installation, integration, testing, training, inspection, ongoing maintenance, and repair. Vendors may bid on the entire suite of services or on individual scopes according to their capabilities. Bids must be submitted electronically via OpenGov Procurement by September 16, 2026 2:00 PM EST. A pre‑bid conference will be held on September 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams.
