FOIA Software Solution

The University of South Carolina is seeking a qualified source of supply for a FOIA Software solution. The University is seeking a highly configurable Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software solution/portal with an implementation plan and is not seeking a customized solution. The contract will have a maximum term of five years, with an initial term of one year and four one-year options to renew. The University requires the contractor to provide a total cost of ownership, including all work associated with the RFP, and to itemize all costs for services, training, and maintenance. • The contractor must provide a highly configurable COTS software solution/portal with an implementation plan. • The contractor must provide a total cost of ownership, including all work associated with the RFP. • The contractor must itemize all costs for services, training, and maintenance. • The contractor must provide a separate cost proposal for each solution (on-premises and cloud-based). • The contractor must provide a list of references with contact information. • The contractor must complete a Service Provider Security Assessment Questionnaire.
