Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking firms to provide design professional services for the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) campuses systemwide. The services include major rehabilitation and renovation design services for approximately 70 projects across 22 technical colleges. The projects may involve HVAC system replacement, roof replacement, parking lot repair, and interior renovations. The selected firms will be required to provide design services, including mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and full-service architecture/engineering. The firms will also be required to use the Owner's free Project Management Program, E-Builder, for contract administration processes.
