Master Contract for Interpreter and Language Service Providers

The City of Bremerton is seeking a contractor to provide interpreter and language services for the Bremerton Municipal Court. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option for the City to award multiple service agreements. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site and remote interpretation, document translation, and transcription services. The City will evaluate proposals based on the qualifications of the firm, scope of work approach, and cost. • The contractor must have experience providing interpreter and language services in a legal or judicial setting. • The contractor must be able to provide services in multiple languages. • The contractor must be able to provide services on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. • The contractor must be able to provide services at multiple locations, including the Bremerton Municipal Court. • The contractor must be able to provide services via phone, video, or virtual platforms.
