Baydoors Preventative Maintenance / Repairs (Re Bid)

The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) of New Orleans is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and optional installations for its fleet of overhead bay doors across multiple facilities. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year award with an option to renew for a second year, covering roughly 94 doors and an estimated 50 hours of unscheduled labor per year. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, permits, and services, using factory‑trained non‑union personnel for any installations, and must adhere to strict service windows (7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Mon‑Fri) and site‑visit scheduling windows.
