Description
The City of Columbus, Division/Department of Health, is seeking bids for the purchase of Narcan nasal spray to be used in six risk reduction vending machines. The contract will provide for the purchase and delivery of Narcan nasal spray. Bidders must document their experience and work history in providing this type of equipment and warranty service for the past five years. They must also submit references from four separate equipment sales. The equipment will be delivered FOB Destination Freight Prepaid and Allowed to Columbus Public Health. The successful bidder will be required to execute a written contract with the City of Columbus and provide liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
