Budget estimate

$2,500,000 – $10,000,000

Based on the RFP, it seems that the contract will be for a minimum of 3 years with two optional 1-year renewals. The total cost of ownership for up to 5 years, including any required travel and other items necessary to perform the service, will be a key evaluation factor. The cost proposal must include the total cost for the base solution, as well as any additional products or services. The estimated cost for this project could be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000 per year, depending on the vendor's proposed solution and the level of service required. This estimate is based on the assumption that the vendor will need to provide a comprehensive disaster recovery solution, including hardware, software, and personnel costs.
