RFQ - Service Contract for Janitorial Services in Newport, Oregon

The State of Oregon, Department of State Police (OSP), is seeking quotes to provide janitorial services at the OSP Newport Area Command. The contract will be for an initial term of five years, with renewal options up to ten years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The services will include ordinary services (fixed intervals), exceptional services (as requested), and emergency services. The contractor will be required to maintain insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance. • The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the facility. • The contractor will be required to provide a monthly rate for services, including all services found in Exhibit A, Section 2. • The contractor will be required to provide an hourly rate for exceptional services, as requested. • The contractor will be required to provide an hourly rate for emergency services. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of services provided, including personnel sign-in sheets. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
